How do I change the address on my account?
Changing your address can be done easily online by clicking here. You may also contact us by mail at Chicagoland Gardening Magazine, P.O. Box 208, Downers Grove, IL. 60515-0208 or call toll-free 1-866-806-1498 or 630-963-8010.  Please include a copy of your mailing label that is attached to your magazine for better service.
 
How do I make a payment on my account?
You may also mail us a check with your invoice (please do not send cash) at at Chicagoland Gardening Magazine, P.O. Box 208, Downers Grove, IL. 60515-0208 or to pay by credit card call toll-free 1-866-806-1498 or 630-963-8010 to speak to a customer service representative.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
 
How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription online, click here.  We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiration date by mail so that you will not miss an issue. 

How do I know when my subscription ends?
Your Magazine Label contains valuable information about your subscription including your expiration date. The mailing label is affixed to the polybag that the magazine is delivered in. If you are unsure of your renewal date and are afraid your subscription has lapsed you can renew online by clicking here, or contact our office toll-free 1-866-806-1498 or 630-963-8010 to speak to a customer service representative.

What happens if I get a damaged issue?
If you receive copies that have been damaged by postal delivery, please contact us by email by clicking here. You may also contact us by mail at Chicagoland Gardening Magazine, P.O. Box 208, Downers Grove, IL. 60515-0208 or call toll-free 1-866-806-1498 or 630-963-8010. 
 
What happens if I miss an issue?
If you have seen Chicagoland Gardening on the newsstand and have not yet received your copy, it's probably in the mail.  Please allow until the third day of the current issue month before reporting a problem.  (For example, if you have not received the January/February issue, please wait until January 3 before contacting us.) If you have recently ordered a new subscription and have not yet received your first issue, please be aware that it usually takes 6 to 9 weeks to start subscriptions. If your order date exceeds these timeframes please call us toll-free 1-866-806-1498 or 630-963-8010 to speak to a customer service representative. 
 
When does each issue get mailed out?
Chicagoland Gardening is published bi-monthly so you'll receive six (6) issues per year.  Subscriptions are usually mailed out the 3rd week prior to the current issue month (For example, the March/April issue is mailed out the 3rd week in February).
 
Where can I send a letter to the editor?
If you have comments regarding Chicagoland Gardening's editorial content, you may contact our editor, Carolyn Ulrich via email.  Any requests regarding your subscription account should be directed to Customer Service.
